Biography
I have co-taught Patent Litigation at Texas Law since 2019 as an Adjunct Professor. I keep a full-time litigation practice that focuses on patent trials in federal court, appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and adversarial proceedings before Patent & Trademark Office.
I am a courtroom attorney who works on technology cases, mainly intellectual property disputes. I typically work on patent infringement trials and appeals, but I have experience in other areas as well, including serving as trial counsel in a recent antitrust jury trial. I served as a law clerk to three federal judges and have served as a court-appointed technical advisor.
I have also worked on matters involving antitrust claims, contract claims, legal malpractice, personal injury, and claims against international banks under the Anti-Terrorism Act. In addition to representing private clients, I tried fifteen jury trials as a volunteer prosecutor for the City of Houston.
